To maintain a conducive learning environment, we kindly ask all library users to follow these rules and policies. These guidelines help ensure that every visitor has access to a peaceful and well-organized space for reading, studying, and research.
π General Rules
Authorized Client
The Library’s primary clients are the university faculty, staff, administrators, and students. A non-constituent may be permitted to avail a library service with a fee. For member schools under the resource sharing agreement, the client shall present a letter of request from the Librarian of their institution. They can avail of thelibrary services on Saturdays only
Service Hours
Mondays through Saturdays
8:00 a.m. β 5:00 p.m.
The loan desk closes fifteen minutes before the posted closing time. Extended services for evening and Saturday schedules shall be widely disseminated.

π Borrowing & Lending Policies
π Library Card Requirement β A valid student or faculty ID/library card is required to borrow books.
π Borrowing Limits β Users can check out a maximum of [number] books at a time.
π Loan Period β Books can be borrowed for [number] days and must be returned on or before the due date.
π Renewals & Reservations β Renewal is allowed if no other user has requested the book. Reservations can be made for high-demand materials.
